So simple but bursting with flavor!
Ingredients:
Fresh mixed greens
One large, ripe mango- sliced
Candied pecans
1 Avocado cut into pieces
Dressing:
1/2 cup sugar
2 tbsp water
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup rice vinegar
2 tbsp toasted sesame oil
Method:
Mix the sweet soy dressing and set aside.
Toss all salad ingredients and top with sliced mango. Drizzle dressing over salad.
